Mike Nellis

Mike Nellis is Emeritus Professor of Criminal and Community Justice in the Centre for Law Crime and Justice, University of Strathclyde. Formerly a social worker with young offenders in London, he has a longstanding interest in technology and crime control - electronic monitoring, surveillance and now AI - and has worked with both Scottish and English governments and the Council of Europe.
